Clock: 2 - 18 minute halves

• Clock stoppage on timeouts, and 1st free throw. 

  Clock starts when official providers shooter ball on second shot.

  - Substitutions will need to hustle on court and transition 

• Pre-game warm up is 2 minutes. If behind or game is late no warm up will be provided 

• Clock stops on every whistle in the last 2 minutes of the second half and shooting fouls will be shot normally even thru double bonus. 

• If a team has a 15pt lead or more within last 2 min clock will not stop.

• Half time is 2 minutes. (may be reduced if a court is behind on schedule)

  Free Throws: HIGH SCHOOL RULES

• All shooting fouls will be 2 shots -[High school Rules]

  • 3pt fouls 3 shots for 1 points each

• And 1 fouls will shoot 1 shot for 1 point

• Players may enter the lane on the release of the ball.

• Intentional Fouls are shot 1 for 2

  Rules & Technicals:

• High School rules (unless otherwise indicated)

• Team can play with minimum of 4 players

• Two time-outs per half  - Each will be 30 seconds in length.

• When a player reaches 6th foul that player is then fouled out 

• Two technical fouls for a Player/Coach (for unsportsmanlike conduct) is an automatic ejection. (2 shots and the ball).

• Jerseys must be tucked in at all times.

• No jewelry or wristbands to be wore during game play.

 • Benches Must be Cleaned after each game - teams with junky benches sportsmanship will be affected 

Basketball Sizes:

6th Grade and Younger - May use 29.5 or 28.5 but both coach's must be in agreeance. 

OverTime / Late Starts / Forfeit

Overtime: 2 minutes.
Second Overtime there is no clock, the first team to score is the winner. One time out for each team per overtime- no rollover timeouts 

Late Start:

2 1⁄2 minutes after pregame warmup time if a team is late/not ready to start, a timeout will be lost.

Forfeit:

If a team is not ready 5 minutes after the schedule start time, the game clock will be ran starting at 18 min - When clock is at 15:00 the game will be declared a forfeit 

Forfeits without proper notification (min 48 hours notice) will be grounds for disqualification from post season and future Nets on Fire league and tournament participation and could result in elimination from current league games without refund.
